In 1998, BETHLEHEM released their 3rd full lenght album with ''Sardonischer Untergang Im Zeichen Irreligiöser Darbietung'' and once again offer a disturbing but fascinating album. 9 tracks in 44 minutes of playing-time serve everything you didn't expect before. Rainer Landfermann was replaced by Marco Kehren from the Dutch band DEINONYCHUS on ''S.U.I.Z.I.D.''. The vocalist position was thus changed again, but the confused concept remains. It is still incomprehensible how one can come such wacky lyrics that no one really understands everything that could be meant with it. So the incomparable variety remains to be noted, which makes the Band simply unique. In addition, of course, the wacky concept & the down-to-earth refusal to adapt to trends and of course the self-irony that comes to light again and again. Comes in a 4-panel digipack with a 20-page booklet.
